Since there are so many hotels within walking distance, we did not do a specific block. I included options for Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott and 21C under the travel section.

Yes. Several public lots and garages near the venue. More to come. All shortlisted hotels should also have parking available and are within walking distance to the venue. But more to come on venue parking info!

The Welcome Party is at Covington Yard (401 Greenup St, Covington, KY 41011), about a 5-minute Uber from downtown Cincinnati. Covington is a safe, walkable area with lots of bars and restaurants within a couple blocks from the bar. It's an indoor/outdoor area, food trucks and giant yard games. Might want to bring long sleeves in the case it's chilly. Very casual. Come and go as you please — we won’t be out late since we have big plans the next day :)

Do you know us? Of course! It won't be a formal sit down dinner, but there will be lots of food stations. You won't leave hungry!
